Light Diesel Oil (LDO) is a non-automotive oil mainly used for low RPM engines and equipment. A key industrial oil used in generating electricity and heat for various production plants. A blend of crude oil components undergoes a distillation or fractionation process to obtain a C class LDO fuel. It is a characteristic medium-colored fuel with a free-flowing nature containing alkanes, cycloalkanes of medium-chain carbon, and hydrogen components. The flashpoint is above 60 degrees celsius.
